Throughout the day she remains busy working, taking care of her kids, cooking, cleaning and in other activities. 5.Give proper rest to your body and sleep at least for 7-8 hours Diet plays an important role for staying fit and healthy.
Have food rich in nutrition value and less in calorie. If a women is conscious about her own health she can easily take proper health care of her family members for their betterment.
